RAM R Akella, The founder of HROutreach a seasoned HR professional, strategist cum practitioner. Ram is expert in Talent Hiring, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Employer Branding & Business Communication

RAM has more than 20  years of versatile experience in the Human Resources Management that encompasses developing & executing Contemporary HR Systems, Aligning Business Objectives with HRD objectives that consistently uncover benefits in business critical areas such as End customer satisfaction, Productivity enhancement, Talent management, HR Operational excellence, in compliance with ISO 9001:2008, ISO 27001:2005, PCMM standards.

RAM handled multiple roles in his career – Recruiter, Payroll executive, Trainer, Manager, HR Business Partner, HR process auditor, Employer Brand Promoter and Strategist. This lead him to acquire unique ability in handling multi-functions in HR discipline and to confidently steer complex challenges

This two decades plus rich experience helped him to gain expertise to address the most common pain areas that SMEs has today such as ‘Low employee performance & productivity’, ‘hiring right talent within the budgeted cost’, ‘high attrition rate’, ‘unable to extract the right talent from the resources’, ‘skill deficiencies causing productivity loss & additional cost’ etc.

RAM is alumni of Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Lucknow did his Executive Program and completed his Masters’ in HRM from Pondicherry University. He is also having another Masters in Foreign Trade Management, and many more management diplomas.

RAM is currently heading NRich HCM Solutions (P) Ltd., An Exclusive HR Practices & Consulting Services Organisation. Where he & his team are aimed at creating vibrant, productive and engaged Human Asset for all their clients across globe.

RAM is an active member in various popular HR Communities such as SHRM, NHRD, SHRD, AHRD, ISTD (Indian Society for Training & Development). He offered guest lectures’ in many educational institutions in topics such as ‘How to develop Employability Skills’, ‘what is perceived as job seriousness’, ‘Individual can influence the work environment’ etc. He presented papers in different podiums & online forums addressing many contemporary HR Challenges and Issues. He also authored many articles on ‘HR Best practices’ that are published in many journals / magazines. He is in the process of writing a book that will be used as official curriculum by a well knows business school offering Diplomas in HRM / HCM.

During his academic career, RAM was recognized at state level for participating in various intercollegiate competitions in Group Discussions, Event organizing, Creative writing etc. He was the student convener for the cultural committee at his college & an active team member in college cricket team.

RAM enjoys his free time in organizing / coordinating various Personality development programs & communication skills improvement programs for individuals who are Beginners as well as for people who operate within the Management band for various SMEs. He loves to spend an hour a day at his personal library.
